The Mars Hill football team (6-2, 4-1 SAC) defeated Catawba (4-2, 1-2 SAC) by a score of 31-14 Saturday afternoon inside of Meares Stadium.
MARS HILL, N.C. - The Mars Hill football team (6-2, 4-1 SAC) defeated Catawba (4-2, 1-2 SAC) by a score of 31-14 Saturday afternoon inside of Meares Stadium.
The Lions racked up 499 yards on offense and held Catawba to 239, including just 38 yards on the ground. Mars Hill controlled the ball for nearly 35 minutes in the contest and were able to force three turnovers.
