The Mars Hill football team (8-2, 6-1 SAC) defeated Tusculum (4-6, 2-5 SAC) Saturday afternoon at home on Senior Day by a score of 20-7.
MARS HILL, N.C. – The Mars Hill football team (8-2, 6-1 SAC) defeated Tusculum (4-6, 2-5 SAC) Saturday afternoon at home on Senior Day by a score of 20-7.
The Lions racked up over 310 yards of offense including 175 yards on the ground. Mars Hill dictated play by controlling possession for nearly 37 minutes. The Lions extend their winning streak to six games, four straight inside Meares Stadium. The eighth win marks the highest win total since 2011.
