Lacrosse Announces Incoming Class
MARS HILL, N.C.--The Mars Hill College Men's Lacrosse Program will welcome the largest class in program history this fall with the addition of 23 newcomers.
Mars Hill is coming off their best season in program history with a record of 11-3 and for the third consecutive year won the Deep South Conference regular season championship. In 2013 the Lions will compete as an independent and will join the South Atlantic Conference (SAC) in its first year sponsoring Men's Lacrosse in 2014. The 2012 recruiting class is made up of members from 15 different states.
"We are very excited about this incoming group of young men," said head coach Dave Klarmann. "Their accomplishments on and off the field will be an asset to the Mars Hill College Lacrosse Program for years to come."
