TIGERVILLE, S.C. - The Mars Hill men's tennis team (2-0) defeated North Greenville University (0-1) by a score of 5-2 Tuesday afternoon.
The Lions entered singles play up 1-0, claiming two of the three doubles matches, winning flights one and two. Mars Hill won four of the six singles flights as Eliot Deknuydt, Marcos Martinez, and Youssef Ardouni won their singles matches in straight sets. Jose Roa won in three, taking the deciding set by a score of 10-8.
Mars Hill hosts Lees-McRae and Young Harris on Saturday, October 8 at 9 a.m. and 3 p.m., respectively.
