JEFFERSON CITY, Tenn. - The Mars Hill men's tennis team (4-14, 2-8 SAC) was defeated by No. 43 Carson-Newman (11-7, 9-2 SAC0 by a score of 6-1 Tuesday afternoon.
The Lions entered singles play up 1-0 after the duos of Jose Roa/Eliot Deknuydt and Faris Hadzisadikovic/Youssef Ardouni won their matches by scores of 6-4 and 7-6, respectively.
Carson-Newman responded in singles action, sweeping all six flights.
Mars Hill wraps up their 2023 home schedule on Thursday, April 13 when they face Limestone on Senior Day. First serve is set for 2 p.m. at the Hart Tennis Complex.
