MARS HILL, N.C. - The Mars Hill men's tennis team (2-2) was defeated by Converse (1-0) by a score of 4-3 Sunday afternoon.
The duos of Diego Lopez/Jose Roa and Eliot Deknuydt/Faris Hadzisadikovic won their doubles matches, sending the Lions into singles play up 1-0.
The Valkyries took four of the six singles flights to come from behind and win the match. Roa and Marcos Martinez won their singles matches in straight sets.
