Mars Hill No. 14 in United Soccer Coaches Men's National Poll
The Mars Hill men's soccer team is the No. 14 team in the country as released by the United Soccer Coaches National Poll on Tuesday afternoon.
KANSAS CITY, Mo. - The Mars Hill men's soccer team is the No. 14 team in the country as released by the United Soccer Coaches National Poll on Tuesday afternoon.
The Lions are coming off of back-to-back 1-0 victories over the Tusculum Pioneers and the then No. 6 Lenoir-Rhyne Bears. Mars Hill is currently 5-1-2 on the year.
Mars Hill was ranked as high as No. 13 in 2010.
In addition to being nationally ranked, Mars Hill senior goalkeeper Brennan Whalen was named the South Atlantic Conference Defensive Player of the Week.
