McArthur, Mullen Named to All-Tournament Team
Sophomore defender Christian McArthur and senior midfielder Alex Mullen were named to the 2014 South Atlantic Conference All-Tournament team.
ROCK HILL, S.C. - Sophomore defender Christian McArthur and senior midfielder Alex Mullen were named to the 2014 South Atlantic Conference All-Tournament team, announced at the conclusion of the tournament on Sunday evening.
Mullen had an assist in the Lions' 1-0 win over Lincoln Memorial in the quarterfinal round on Tuesday. He had two shots in Friday's loss to eventual tournament winner Tusculum.
McArthur played solid defense for the Lions, who allowed one goal in two tournament matches.
Mars Hill completed the 2014 season with a 9-7-1 record and finished in second place in the South Atlantic Conference.
