Plougmand named SAC WePlayed Offensive Player of the Week
This marks the fifth time in his illustrious career receiving this honor.
ROCK HILL, S.C. - Senior forward Peter Plougmand was named the South Atlantic Conference WePlayed Men's Soccer Offensive Player of the Week, as announced by the league Tuesday morning.
Plougmand led the Lions to two 2-1 victories in the opening week of play, defeating both King and Mount Olive. He figured in on all four goals, scoring three while adding an assist on the game-winning goal versus the Trojans. Plougmand ended the week with seven points.

Mars Hill takes to the road on Wednesday, September 11 in non-conference action when they play against Lees-McRae at 7 p.m. The Lions then open SAC play on Saturday, September 14 at 5 p.m. on the road versus Newberry.
